EXTRA AI DESIGN
Open the canvas Book a pilot

AI production workspace · for agencies and creative teams

Scale the creative you sell,
not the payroll

Extra.Design is built for the people who sell the work, not the people who make one image. Wire your brand, your cast and your presets once, then run the whole campaign — and get a set that looks like one shoot, because it came from one graph.

See the pipeline

Production pipelines

Every frame here came out of a production pipeline, not a prompt. Click one to open the graph that made it, clone it into your workspace and swap in your own brand kit — it behaves the same on run one and on run fifty.

View all
38 assets from one brief — key visual, cutdowns, every social ratio, deck
5 days pilot turnaround, brief to delivered files, one revision round included
100% of outputs go through a vision-model QA gate before a human ever sees them
0 times your client sees our name, our pricing or our domain

Figures are pipeline specifications, not averaged case studies — we publish what the system is built to do and hold the pilot to it.

Your libraries

Your brand. Your cast.
Your presets. Your client.

Load them once, drop them into any pipeline. Every one of them keeps its own history — so a campaign you shipped in March can be reopened in September and re-run exactly as it went out.

Brand kit

Brand kits

Palette with tolerance limits, type, logo and safe areas. Enforced by QA, not by hope.

Templates

Start from a preset,
not a blank canvas.

Drag a template onto the canvas and the graph arrives already wired — empty nodes waiting for your libraries. Ten of them cover brand work, social, performance and bulk production, so nobody on your team starts from a blank canvas. Hover any card to see the graph underneath it.

Fashion Shooting

A ready-made graph for editorial and e-commerce fashion. Connect your product, character, style and camera nodes once — then generate on-model shots that hold the same face, the same light and the same crop across an entire drop.

Product Still Life

Built for hero product imagery and catalogue stills. Wire product, environment and lighting once, then batch every variation on that same setup — no relighting between SKUs, no shadow drifting three degrees over the course of a range.

Always-On Social

A month of SMM in one run. Give it your content pillars and a calendar, and it fills every slot — grid posts, carousels and stories — all from the same brand kit, so the feed reads as one account instead of thirty separate briefs.

UGC Content

Creator-style scenes in one preset. Drop in your character and product, tune the brief, and get handheld, social-first frames that read as native to a feed rather than as an ad someone paid for.

Promo & Seasonal

The one nothing else can do. Open last spring's promo, swap the offer and the seasonal dressing, leave everything else untouched — and get a set that matches the original because it came from the same cached graph, not from someone's memory of it.

One composition into every placement the media plan lists. Feed it a key visual and the copy, and it rebuilds — not crops — each IAB size with the logo, the CTA and the safe area respected at that specific proportion.

The canvas

Explore the inside
of every project.

Under each deliverable is a node graph you can open: the model on every node, the parameters that were exposed, the runs that were cached. Power users build here. Everyone else runs the same pipeline as a form with three fields.

Control

A graph, not a black box.

Four guarantees a prompt box structurally cannot give you — every one of them a consequence of storing the pipeline as data instead of as a sentence somebody typed and hoped to remember.

37models

Model per node

FLUX for stills, Kling for motion, GPT Image for text fidelity. Swap the model on one node and the rest of the pipeline is untouched — no rebuild, no re-brief.

3auto-retries

QA before you see it

A vision model reads every output for brand palette, text legibility and anatomy defects. Failures re-run themselves; only passes reach your review queue.

0credits

Reproducible runs

Every run is cached by a hash of its inputs. The same brief returns the same result next month — and re-running an unchanged branch costs nothing.

Invite-only, by construction

There is no public sign-up that reaches a client space. The only door is your invite, so there is no path from your client to a direct account.

2

Your brand, your domain, your prices

Logo, colours and custom domain are yours. Budgets are denominated in credits priced by you — your margin is a number you set, not one we take.

3

We never sell to end clients

Not a promise in a footer — a business model. We sell to studios. Your client list is not a market we are allowed to enter.

4

Approvals live where the work is

Comment, approve and request revisions on the asset itself. No zip files over email, no version confusion, no final_final_v3.

Community & marketplace

Build it once.
Earn every run.

Everything you make on the canvas is an asset you own. Publish it and earn credits whenever another studio runs it. Use-not-own: they rent the run, you keep the asset — it is never exported, never copied, never theirs. That exchange is the whole point: your craft becomes something other creators and studios can hire, without you handing over the work itself.

Characters

Rigged, consistent casts. Licensed per render — your character stays yours, other studios rent it shot by shot.

One real deliverable — a course, a campaign set, a batch. We wire the pipeline against your brief in five working days and hand you the graph, not just the files. Fixed price, one revision round, no platform commitment.

FAQ

Questions teams actually ask.

No — by construction. Clients enter only through your invite, portals carry your brand and your prices, and we don't sell to end clients under our own name.

Because they price the generation and we price the delivery. A $22 plan buys images you still have to select, retouch, reformat, brand-check and package — and that labour lands on a salaried designer. We take those steps into the graph, so the number you compare is cost per approved asset, not per render.

Characters, styles and packaged tools. Everything is use-not-own: buyers rent runs, you keep the asset and earn a royalty in credits on every render. Exclusive work can stay workspace-private and never be listed at all.

Deliverables ship in native formats — decks as real .pptx with live text boxes, sets as layered files, video with its sources. Nothing arrives as a flattened JPEG you have to rebuild before the client can change a word.

Commercial APIs, chosen per node. Your source material is not used to train anything, stays inside the client's space, and is deleted on request.

No. One person builds a pipeline once; everyone else runs it as a form with three fields. The node graph exists precisely so most of your team never has to look at it.

You do, and yes. Deliverables are yours to license onward under your own client contract. Only marketplace assets authored by someone else stay use-not-own: those are rented per run, never transferred.

The graph survives it. A pipeline stores structure, parameters and connections — not a vendor. We map the node to the closest successor, you re-run one branch and compare against the cached previous output before accepting it.

It happens, and we'd rather say so. QA catches mechanical failures — palette drift, unreadable type, broken hands, wrong ratio. It cannot catch "the mood is wrong for this brand", and that judgement stays with your art director, which is the correct place for it.

We wire the pipeline, you show the client. If it doesn't make your team look brilliant, don't pay for the next one.
